We recently moved out of town and settled in a rural area. Here the service is terrible, and we have to deal with dropped calls every time. This unit has been a life saver. Ever since installing it there is a strong 4G connection all around the house. The connection is excellent and we can communicate without going through a lot of trouble.
I own an older booster unit, I accidentally broke the base off the antenna and rendered it useless. I wasn't sure which replacement antenna would work, so I e-mailed customer service with my problem.
