Had a few issues setting up the signal booster so I rang tech support, sorted my issue in minutes
The simple design of the gadget amazes me.
When it works, it's great! I live in a basement and have virtually no service. I rely on wi-fi calling, but with Time Warner, wi-fi is not very reliable and often drops calls when there is a blip in the signal. I needed to improve service so I gave this a shot.Looking at my phone right now, I only have 2 bars, but if I move around a little (close to the smaller unit) I can usually get it up to 5 bars.
I got the booster for a complete dead zone to get service and as soon as I plugged it in I got three bars well worth the money
